MEALS: Breakfast will be provided at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge on mornings before ride. Lunch will be a choice of sandwich snack from local gormet deli, Chef’s Market. We will also have bananas, oranges, bagels and lemonade available at lunch. Everyone will be free to explore on their own for dinner and evening entertainment.

STYLE OF TRIP: Van support will be provided at lunch and in the case of emergencies. A daypack can be packed in the morning and accessed during our afternoon lunch stop. The first day's ride will be determined as a group the week leading up to the trip. The second day's ride will be decided at the end of the first day. Unfortunately, due to lodge policy, bikes are not allowed in rooms but can be locked safely in the Cranmore Mountain Lodge's barn.

MEETING TIME & PLACE: Check in at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge on Friday evening between 3pm and 9pm. The first morning we'll have a hearty power breakfast and meet at 9am in game room of the lodge. We will check over gear and make any last minute adjustments before heading out.

TRIP LEVELS:

Easy/ Moderate
These rides are designed for those looking to enjoy a leisurely ride along mostly flat back roads while taking in the picturesque backdrop of the White Mountains. There will be many great opportunities to witness the beautiful countryside both off and on the bike. Traffic will be to a minimum and distance covered will be between 20 – 40 miles/ day. Expect daily ride time to be between 3 – 4 hours with multiple stops along the way.

Moderate
These rides are for the more experienced cyclist looking to log time in the saddle and take on some gradual climbs to witness the true beauty of the mountains. Your guides will assess skill level before departure and plan a trip that will get the legs moving and take you though beautiful scenic back roads. Come ready to explore the majesty of the White Mountains and challenge the rider within. Distance covered will be between 40 – 60 miles/ day. Expect daily ride time to be between 4 – 6 hours with a few snack and camera stops along the way.

Strenuous
No holding back on these rides! If you need a change of scenery, come test your endurance in our backyard. Rides will be for the more advanced cyclist and choices for rides will include multiple notch climbs, centuries, “hammer” rides or a combination of them all. Keep a few pages in your log clear for this trip, and bring your best. We will all challenge ourselves and have some great stories to bring back home to our fellow riders. Distance covered will be between 60 – 100 miles/ day. Expect daily ride time to be between 5 – 8 hours with a few snack and camera stops along the way.

Come explore the big backyard of northern New England with the fun and adventurous team of EMSTrek!

We have put together an amazing road biking weekend that is sure to be the topic of conversation when you go back to work on Monday.

All you need for this trip is a bike, some basic gear and a sense of adventure! Leave work on Friday, make the drive to the charming Cranmore Mountain Lodge and let us show you the best of the White Mountains. No need to buy maps, risk getting lost or miss out on the many local favorite cycling spots. We’ve done the work, now come let us show you around.

Our weekends are designed to challenge any level of rider, with trips divided into three categories; easy/moderate, moderate or strenuous. Saturday's ride will be determined by a group decision the week leading up to the trip. Based on the first ride the group can decide on Sunday's ride after returning to the lodge Saturday evening. We have many different routes around the area, each offering beautiful mountain and valley views, and lots of local charm.

Check-in will be Friday night, after 3pm and before 9pm, at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge, located just minutes from the lively downtown of North Conway. Friday and Saturday night you will be on your own for dinner and entertainment. There are many great spots in town to satisfy any taste and fill up before a full day of spectacular riding. Saturday and Sunday morning we will meet after a homemade breakfast at 9am in the game room of the lodge. We can go over any last minute details, put aside bags to meet us at lunch and saddle up for the day's ride!

Private dates can be arranged for larger groups. Give us a call to speak with a guide for more information, or book your next trip right online with a $150 deposit
