This introductory clinic will give you the opportunity to try out these tools in a safe and controlled environment. Eastern Mountain Sports climbing guides will assist you with choosing and fiting crampons and show you how to select an ice axe. You will also learn hands-on how to properly use these important winter mountaineering tools. A great clinic for those thinking of climbing Mt. Washington this wnter!

The program strives to educate all those who enjoy the outdoors about the nature of their recreational impacts as well as techniques to prevent and minimize such impacts.
