Meals
You will need to pack a lunch and snacks for the days hike. We recommend something that will fit easily into your pack without being smushed. Packing a sandwich or other food in tupperware works great. Trail mix (gorp) and enery bars are also a great snack and are easily accessible during short breaks. Gatoraide or other hydration mixes are helpful to keep you hydrated. You will need plenty of fluids to replenish those you lose while hiking.
